How to export all my data

How to request a copy of everything we hold about you, and what is in the export.

You can request a complete export of your data at any time. Here is how, and what you will get.

How to request

Open Account → Privacy in your account on the clinic's storefront. Hit "Export my data". We confirm the email on file, then queue the export.

Within 24 hours, you get an email with a download link. The link is valid for seven days and requires your account password to open.

What is in the export

A single ZIP file containing:

  • profile.json — your name, email, phone, addresses, preferences
  • orders/ — one JSON file per order, with line items and shipping events
  • subscriptions/ — one JSON file per subscription with full history
  • messages/ — every message between you and the clinic
  • acknowledgements/ — age-gate, RUO, terms acceptances with timestamps
  • payments.json — payment events (no card numbers, just dates and amounts)
  • README.txt — a plain-English explanation of every file

The file is structured so you can read it with any text editor or import into a spreadsheet.

What is not in the export

A few categories of data are excluded:

  • Internal notes the clinic team wrote about you (these belong to the clinic, not you)
  • IP addresses (we keep these short-term for security only)
  • Browser fingerprints (used for fraud detection only)

If you need any of these, message the clinic and they will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Deletion

If after seeing the export you want everything deleted, the same Privacy page has a "Delete my account" button. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Some records (e.g., shipped orders, tax records) are retained for the legally-required period — typically seven years — but de-identified.
